In order to protect our customers and employees against COVID-19, we've made the following changes to our operations:
- All employees who interact with customers will be wearing a mask and gloves.
- All employees who drive customer's vehicles in and out of the shop will be wearing a mask and gloves.
- At the completion of each oil change or repair service, we wipe down and sanitize the following items on the customer's vehicle:
- Exterior door handle
- Interior door handle
- Steering wheel
- Directional lever
- Headlight switch
- Gearshift lever
We have also removed 3 chairs from our waiting area so that the remaining chairs are now 6 feet apart from each other - safe for anyone that needs to wait on their vehicle. We will also continue to wipe down and sanitize door handles, credit card machine, etc. throughout the day.
A plexiglass shield will be installed in the coming week for safety at our front counter to separate customers and employees during the ring out process. We have also ordered disposable seat covers and steering wheel covers to use when driving a customer's vehicle into the shop.
